If you’ve ever had pictures before and dread the thought of ever having any done again, you are not alone! This will NOT be one of those dreaded sessions. My goal is the same as yours…to capture relationships, emotions, real smiles and giggles.
There will be lots of laughing and real moments happening. Hopefully you’ll not only leave with amazing photos, but with a new outlook on the whole experience. The best comment I hear time and time again was “That was actually FUN!”
Family Sessions take place outdoors. I have so many favorite locations around the Portland Metro area, as well as incredible places at the Oregon Coast and in the Gorge. Fall is the busiest time of year for family sessions. I get it, it is beautiful here in Oregon in September and October. However, I love the spring and summer even more! Flowers blooming and magical summer sunsets are the best.

why i love oregon coast family photo sessions
The Oregon Coast is my happy place. I could spend hours walking on the beach and just watching the waves. For us that live in Portland, the beach is so accessible and easy to get to quickly, so why not choose the Oregon Coast for your family session! Kids have so much more freedom to run around and play and you can just see the joy on their faces. Your family photo session becomes a more fun experience for all family members and the focus is on making memories instead of stand and smile at the camera.

extended family sessions
Extended family photo sessions are not every photographers jam, but I LOVE them! There is an energy in the relationships and you can believe me when I tell you that you are amazing for coordinating such a huge effort in getting everyone together. I have a tried and true system for these extended family sessions from styling to session flow to timing. Everyone will have a great time and we will get it all done within an hour!

Summer & Fall Dates fill very quickly!
Fill out the Contact Form and let me know a little about you. Not sure about a location, don't worry, I am here to help with ideas! After receiving your inquiry, I will respond within 48 hours. So be on the lookout for my email!
This is where the fun begins! After booking, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. We will work together to decide on the exact location, outfit ideas and any other important details. I want to ensure your family photo experience is incredible, so I am here to help however I can.
